Home Search. There is
no need to search online through multiple sites. All real estate
companies search engines use the same database of homes from
NorthstarMLS.

Estate Professional is associated with NorthstarMLS, the Multiple
Listing Service (MLS).
Save time and let me set
up your personal customized property search. Listing links will come
directly from NorthstarMLS and you receive the information as fast as I
receive it.
Here‘s how it works:
Ted Sosniecki will set
up a customized property search on your behalf. This search will
automatically email you updates as it finds listings that match your
search criteria. You will receive the listings as fast as REALTORS
receive them.
Steps
to get started:

Tell me what you are
looking for. No forms to fill out. Use the box below, tell me your
wants, and needs in a home. Also, give me your North, South, East
and West Boundaries on where you want to live. This can be by
roads, zip code, communities or School districts. Tell me as much
as you like. Instead of the box below, you can just me a phone call
too!

You will then start
to receive listings via your personal Customer Portal. The Customer
Portal is a great tool for organizing and viewing more details about
the property listings that meet your needs. You will be able to
keep track of the ones you may be interest in and discard the ones
you are not. It will keep these lists for you in separate folders,
so you can always go back to view the entire list.

After your portal is
set up, I will then email or send you a state required Agency
Disclosure form. This is NOT a contract. It is a state required
disclosure explaining to you how REALTORS work and different options
with agency representation. I do need this signed and returned as
soon as possible.

When you're ready to
look for homes, we need to have one consultation meeting first.
At this first meeting, we will discuss agency representation, the
buyer representation agreement, financing, mortgage options, current
market conditions and the all the steps in buying a home. We will
talk about the entire process. From making an offer until it is time
for you to move in your new home!
